The St Mary’s Bellringing Team, and their wonderful hard work training new ringers for ‘Ring for the King’, were featured by BBC London News in their pre-Coronation coverage.Wonderful to see St Michael and All Angels, Barnes full to the rafters with families, friends and neighbours enjoying themselves on the Monday afternoon celebrating the Coronation. It truly was a community event and joyous occasion with fabulous music from Barnes Concert Band and Giles Brandreth regaling some Coronation anecdotes.

Around 100 people came for tea at St Richard’s, Ham, on the Monday as part of the Big Help Out. Earlier volunteers including the local Guides worked in the church grounds planting wildflower seeds.
